"Not What I Anticipated"
I got 3 t-shirts in a Women's Medium, which is my usual fit. The designs were great, but the fabric was a letdown. It's made from a really flimsy cotton, and that's not my jam. They feel super cheap. For $75, I was hoping for something better, but these just don't cut it. Also, heads up, they run REALLY small, definitely not the standard U.S. sizes. Now I gotta go through the hassle of exchanging them—so annoying! If I didn't dig the designs so much, I would just send them back. By the way, the site doesn't have any customer reviews. Just a heads up. Not a recommendation from me.

"My T-shirts never showed up"
The T-shirts I ordered never made it to my doorstep, and they’ve been silent on my emails. Thankfully, I used PayPal for the payment, so I’m in the process of getting my cash back. Feels like a scam site.

"Terrible customer support, won't buy again"
I ordered a t-shirt that was supposed to be printed on time, but the tracking status has been stuck at "label printed" for 12 days. This indicates they haven't even handed the package over to the courier, and the delivery window is supposed to be 14 days - which seems unlikely now. After waiting 5 days, I emailed them and was told it takes "a while" for the courier to scan the package, then they just closed the ticket without really checking into it. I reached out again after 8 days to ask how long "a while" actually is, and now I'm being ignored by their customer service. The only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars is because I'm holding out hope that the parcel arrives in the next couple of days.

Edit: I've dropped my rating to 1 star since DBH's customer service is basically nonexistent. I contacted the courier directly and got a response and resolution in just a few hours - but still nothing from DBH. They either have no staff or they just choose to ignore their customers. It's been a dreadful experience, and I won't be buying from them again. I'm also expecting a refund for the shipping fee since they can't stick to their own policies.

"Deceptive Pricing and Unfulfilled Promises"
I just gotta say, I’m done ordering from your website. You’re not being honest, and it feels like you’re pulling a fast one. First off, your shirts are way too pricey. Then you throw in these so-called discounts for signing up, site-wide sales, and free shipping as if it’s a treat for buying more, but when I get to checkout, it’s like those offers vanish. Unlike other places, your free shipping doesn’t add up, even though it’s supposed to be based on quantity. I can understand not combining sales, but when you promise a 'first time' perk for signing up, you should actually honor that on top of everything else, especially since I gave you my email for a discount. But nope, you don’t do any of that. It’s really disappointing. I DID NOT make a purchase because of this.

"Great designs but a terrible shopping experience"
I’m really bummed to share a negative review for this site since I was initially excited about the idea, but the service I got is honestly the worst I’ve ever had with an online store. Here’s the deal:
- I placed an order for $700 worth of t-shirts for Christmas gifts back in early November.
- The first shipment "disappeared," so they sent me a replacement in December.
- I finally received it, but 4 items had issues (wrong sizes, poor prints, you name it).
- They made another order to send me the correct items.
- After 20 days, I got the replacement package, but 3 out of the 4 t-shirts had the same exact issues as the first batch.
- Today, I received the second replacement package, and once again, 2 out of the 3 problematic items are still wrong.
- Their customer service is painfully slow (you’re looking at an average wait of 5 business days for a reply), and they don’t seem to care about all the errors and issues.
- It honestly feels like they’re indifferent about whether you get your orders on time or at all. After 4 months, I’m still missing some of my Christmas gifts.
- To top it all off, while the designs are neat, the quality of the t-shirts is pretty poor. 3 of mine shrank like crazy after just one delicate wash.

I’m really let down.

"Cool tees on paper but horrible experience"
I am so sad to write a poor review for this website as I originally loved the concept but the service I received is probably the worst I have ever experienced with an online merchant. In short:
- I ordered for $700 of tshirts for Christmas gifts early November
- The first package "got lost" so they sent a replacement package in December
- I got it this time but 4 items had issues (wrong sizes, bad prints etc.)
- A replacement order was made to send me correct items
- 20 days later I got the replacement package. 3 out of the 4 t-shirts had the same exact problem as the first bacth
- Today, I got the 2nd replacement package and again, 2 out of the 3 problematic items are still wrong
- Dealing with their customer service is sooooooo slow (you have to wait for 5 business days on average to get a response) and they don't seem bothered at all with all the mistakes and problems.
- It really feels like they don't care whether you get your orders on time or at all. After 4 months, I still don't have all of my Christmas gifts.
- Cherry on the cake, while the designs are cool, it looks like the t-shirts are of very poor quality. 3 of mine have shrinked to a crazy extent after 1 very delivate wash.

I'm so disappointed.

"Unethical approach, hefty import charges."
They don’t handle import fees or even mention the taxes on their site, so if you’re ordering from the EU, be ready for some crazy extra costs.

On the same day I received the invoice, they shot me an email with a digital content code, saying:

"PS:: Just a heads up, all sales are final because of the one-time use electronic code, and we can’t take returns on the items."

It’s downright shady that they sent this right after the import invoice. Now I’m stuck with this useless code I never wanted and can’t return my order.

"Terrible Support Experience"
The email I got about shipping had a tracking number that didn’t work. When I reached out to them for the correct tracking info, they just kept blaming USPS for the problem instead of fixing what they messed up. I wouldn’t suggest purchasing from this company.

"Thieves in Charge of This Company"
I won't ever purchase from these folks again. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone, not even my biggest foe. They've taken my cash but haven't delivered my stuff, and I can't reach a real person to address my questions—just automated replies for everything. Can't even manage to get a refund. Not sure where the actual people are in this joint! Shame on all of you working there, hope your Christmas is terrible.

"T-shirt Quality Has Changed Over the Years"
I've bought t-shirts from DBH twice now, the first time being over 8 years back. The shirts from that long ago have held up really well, and I had to toss them only because the fabric finally gave out, even though the designs still looked great. My latest order was about 17 months ago, and after washing them every couple of weeks, the prints are all cracked up—especially the whites, which look like little blobs around 2-3mm. Even my 'threadless' tees that are over 6 years old and get the same wash treatment are holding up better than these newer prints. It's a real letdown because I adore the designs, and the fabric feels solid, but the print durability is just not cutting it.

"Avoid This Store at All Costs"
I placed an order for some t-shirts on September 6. The site claimed delivery would take 4-14 business days. After waiting 15 days, I reached out to customer service, and they started explaining that the delivery timeframe begins from the shipping date, not when I placed the order. They mentioned that if my order didn’t arrive by September 29, I’d get a full refund. Then, on September 29, they informed me that my order had just been shipped and would arrive 'soon.'
They keep deceiving their customers and don’t send out any products. So, I just wanna echo what others have said: steer clear of this store.

"Quality Control Has Really Dropped"
I've bought nearly 20 shirts and hoodies from this place over the years, and they used to be top-notch. Sure, they were a bit on the pricey side, but you know, you get what you pay for. However, my last two orders were way off from their usual standard. I ordered a t-shirt and a hoodie around Christmas, and while the hoodie turned out fantastic, the shirt had hardly any print on it. I reached out to them, and they refunded me, so it wasn't a huge hassle. This time, I got 4 shirts, and let me tell you, all of them have terrible prints. The designs are super blurry with double print lines, like they ran out of ink and tried to fix it without getting the stencil right. I'm done with this; it's too pricey for such poor quality control.

The t-shirts I ordered for a birthday present arrived all wrinkled up. Super embarrassing! I ain't coming back to this site again. Plus, they weren't even cheap.

"Sizes definitely run on the small side."
Even though the t-shirts come from Mexico, they fit like they were produced in China. Depending on where I shop, I can wear either a large or an extra-large. I've never needed to go for an XXL. However, all the shirts I got from DBH were *at least* one size smaller than the XL I usually buy. After just one wash, they feel super tight around the arms, chest, and belly. I'm sending them all back! It's a bummer, too, 'cause I really dug the designs I picked out. Now the artists miss out on their cash, DBH won't see their profits, and I'm left with no shirts.

“Unfortunately that is hard to tell. If you are just starting out.... MAYBE??? Their customer seems to be lacking causing customers to leave bad reviews everywhere except on Google (where they are apparently screened so as to keep only the better reviews). This will be changing but none the less.... The question is do you trust them. Follow your gut.”
